**Your Impact**

The Lead Analyst, Digital Category Optimization will lead internal and external research and/or benchmarking, lead the review and analysis of customer information and other relevant data, and guide the team in communicating insights and recommendations within their assigned area to leadership. The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives.
