Lead, Appraisal & Compliance Operations

Security Bank Corp is seeking a Team Leader for the Appraisal - Technical and Compliance Section. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that accounts are processed in compliance with bank standards. You will manage team performance and conduct property inspections while maintaining regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience in credit appraisal or banking, be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, and hold a relevant degree in Engineering or Mathematics.
