Black & Grey HR is seeking a Lead Engineer to join the client's offshore project delivery team on a permanent basis. You will lead the technical engineering effort across assigned survey and subsea projects, providing discipline expertise, engineering assurance, and technical leadership throughout project execution. Acting as a senior technical authority, you will ensure engineering deliverable quality, support project teams, mentor junior engineers, and interface with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.This is a permanent position based at the client's UAE office, with offshore and field travel required during project campaigns. The role provides the opportunity to lead complex offshore engineering projects, support business growth initiatives, and contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.
