Position Title: Lead Executive Technology Specialist

Profile: This person is taking care of the executives, exclusively, so seeking top notch communication skills, business acumen, empathy, brevity, and clarity. Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support in our environment: ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box). Seeking this specific experience, only. Must live in NYC and commute in the office every day (stellar office...inside and location).
