Insight Global is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join an internal IT organization supporting a large scale Restaurant Core Back Office modernization initiative. This role will be onsite at the customer’s San Antonio office and will play a critical leadership role in replacing a legacy back office system through a phased, API first architecture. The Tech Lead will guide development across React based UI workflows, core business logic, data integrations, and messaging systems, supporting key restaurant operations including inventory, food cost, recipes, sales reconciliation, and reporting. This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong technical depth, clear communication, and the ability to guide delivery across cross functional teams.
