Job Description
Unitrix Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid / Remote) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building relationships that drive business growth.
You will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential customers across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages
- Track performance and provide weekly reports on lead progress and conversion rates
