Lead Hand/Road Patroller

This position is divided into two (2) components, depending on the seasons. During the summer months, responsible for leading maintenance crew(s) performing highway maintenance. During the winter months, patrolling the highway and provides first-hand knowledge of road operations and weather conditions, thereby determining which winter maintenance activities should be undertaken.
