Lead Install Technician (travel required) Night Shift

Job Description
One of Insight Global’s clients is seeking an Infrastructure Technician III (Lead) to support and lead on-site structured cabling and infrastructure projects. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who is willing to travel to client sites around the U.S.

Responsibilities
 • Lead on-site installation and service of:
  ○ Low-voltage structured cabling
  ○ Fiber optic cabling
  ○ Communications and network cabling systems
 • Install and remove:
  ○ Structured cabling components
  ○ Cabinets, racks, and communication equipment
  ○ Cable pathways (ladders, trays, support systems)
 • Serve as on-site team lead and support Operations Managers with:
  ○ Technician oversight
  ○ Performance feedback
  ○ Local site requirements
 • Install network equipment in Layer 1 capacity only (no configuration):
  ○ Access points
  ○ Routers
  ○ Switches
  ○ WLAN controllers
  ○ Modems
