Lead Pastor

Job Description

• Deliver strong, biblically grounded preaching and teaching
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care
• Disciple and mentor emerging leaders
• Equip and mobilize the congregation for ministry
• Guide and strengthen community outreach and engagement

Required Skills

• A degree in theology or pastoral ministry (preferred)
• Alignment with PAOC doctrine and values (required)
• Previous pastoral experience, particularly in church leadership (strongly preferred) • Credentialed or able to be credentialed with PAOC
• Demonstrated ability to lead, shepherd, and inspire a growing congregation
