Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users by providing high quality training to enable rapid adoption and ramp up of new systems.
Ensure written and visual trainings available are incorporated into an overall ESS sourcing training strategy, which encompasses business systems and new employee orientation guidelines, as well as other ESS sourcing training needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
1) Manage and improve data visibility within ERP systems, improve data accuracy and drive system enhancements.
2) Expert knowledge on SAP tables and t-codes to help fetch data extracts based on request from ESS procurement buyers.
Normalize and analyze the data to drive decision making.
3) Responsible to work directly with IT to drive technical enhancements with SAP through rapid deployment or project-based environment.
