What You’ll Do
 :
Lead teams, other Scrum Masters and mature agile execution across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and delivery outcomes

Set expectations for agile excellence, team health, and continuous improvement, holding teams and Scrum Masters accountable to measurable results

Facilitate and elevate agile ceremonies to drive clarity, commitment, and execution rigor

Partner with Product, Engineering Leads, and Delivery leadership to define priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver against strategic roadmaps

Proactively identify systemic impediments and drive resolution across organizational boundaries
