Job Description
Step into the Lead Security Engineer Manager role at EvenUp, spearheading their security initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Drive compliance and enhance product security.
In this role, you will be instrumental in defining EvenUp’s security roadmap and leading a dynamic security team. You will ensure compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA while fostering a culture of security awareness across the company. Your expertise will directly contribute to safeguarding sensitive information and streamlining the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute security roadmap and initiatives
• Own compliance for SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA
• Partner with Engineering to implement secure product practices
• Manage corporate IT and infrastructure security
• Oversee vendor risk management processes
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in security within startups
• In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud security systems and SDLC
