Lead Software Manager (C# / C++) - DSC/JS/22179

You will overseas and manages the technological needs for delivering simulator solutions regarding or relevant to our products and services. As a Lead Software Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the proposed technical solution addresses and meets the customer needs, identifies and addresses technical issues to keep the solution on track.

There will be software, system and testing engineers working under you, whom you will lead and provide the technical leadership and ensuring that the execution runs smoothly and efficiently. Where applicable, you will guide the team on common and/or standardised methodologies, particularly where there are collaborative works with external parties.
