JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead, Student Career Specialist is responsible for the strategic coordination, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of assigned Community Health and Workforce Development programs. Under the direction of the Program Manager or Director, this position exercises independent judgment in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs to achieve organizational objectives and ensure compliance with grant, contract, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent coordinates program operations, develops needs assessments and evaluation tools, analyzes data, and recommends program improvements. The position serves as a liaison with internal departments, educational institutions, employers, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other partners to strengthen program outcomes.
