As a Lead Technical Consultant in our D365 CE Operations team, you’ll work closely with clients to keep their systems running smoothly—monitoring performance, resolving issues quickly and making sure they’re getting real value day-to-day. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients spot opportunities to improve and get more out of their Dynamics platform. This includes proactively identifying issues before they arise, recommending enhancements, and continuously refining solutions to better support their business goals.
