Lead UiPath Automation Team Onshore

Drive technical leadership as a Senior UiPath POD Lead overseeing 2-3 automation deliverables monthly. This onshore position guides a team of developers and ensures early realization of value.
We are seeking a Senior UiPath POD Lead to manage a dedicated RPA team in delivering automation solutions. You will engage closely with client developers to achieve technical co-delivery and leverage your skills in UiPath to implement complex workflows. Leading up to 50+ automation implementations, your expertise will play a key role in project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a POD of 2-3 RPA developers in UiPath automation delivery
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with client teams for co-delivery
• Deliver first automation within 2-4 weeks of engagement
• Design workflows for complex business processes
