+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
+ Experience working in a scaled network operations environment.
+ Experience with ITIL processes.
+ Experience in network technologies.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
+ Experience or exposure of process automation particularly in relation to network operational support.
+ Knowledge of service delivery models.
