Job Description
The Lean Manufacturing Manager leads the deployment and sustainability of the EOS (Excellent Operations System) journey across multiple manufacturing sites. This role requires deep, hands‑on expertise in the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive/Planned Maintenance (PM) pillars of TPM, combined with the ability to operate effectively across a multisite network. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, capability builder, and pillar coach — driving zero‑loss culture and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the tactical roadmap to deploy EOS across manufacturing lines and functional areas of the integrated supply chain, in alignment with pillar master plans
