Lean Production Lead - Scheduling, Safety & Kaizen

Jobtailor in Atlacomulco, Mexico, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a line of 30–40 staff, set weekly schedules and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will monitor performance, coordinate with HR and Maintenance, and drive Kaizen improvements to meet production goals.

English proficiency is required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and lean tools.
