Lean Transformation Lead – Continuous Improvement

TE Connectivity is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines. The successful candidate will manage the lean implementation and drive performance improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing the annual lean plan, conducting workshops, and leading transformation projects. Applicants must have a B.S. degree in engineering and at least 8 years of experience in continuous improvement. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage. The role also necessitates excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as fluency in English.
