Job Description
- Support the management of a centralized database system, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Document and report any identified bugs or technical issues to the IT department (IITS) or external vendors, and follow up on issue resolution and system improvements.
- Coordinate with IITS and external vendors to facilitate seamless integration between faculty management systems and data dashboards.
- Extract key data from Qualtrics and other sources that are not automatically updated in the master faculty database, consolidating information for completeness.
- Support Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) initiatives, particularly during testing phases and trial runs, to ensure successful implementation and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in projects involving Generative AI (GenAI), contributing to testing, data preparation, and the rollout of AI-driven tools or processes.
