Learning and Development Analyst (Human Capital)

To support the Senior Learning and Development Specialist in development, implementation and facilitation of training as well as to oversee training needs and administrative support of staff from Great Eastern General Malaysia (GEGM).

Responsibilities

• Be the Learning Partner for GEGM and other relevant business units, by identifying learning needs, providing consultation on learning matters and implementing learning initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Monitor financial outflow against allocated budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Ensure internal and external business reporting and processes (such as BNM reporting and HRDC processing) are completed in a timely manner.
• Establish and update key processes, procedures and workflows to ensure process efficiency and effective internal controls.
