The Learning Design Trainer supports the Office of Innovation for Education (OIE) by designing and delivering high‑quality coaching, consulting, and professional learning experiences for K–12 educators and administrators across Arkansas. This role emphasizes Cognitive Coaching, systems‑level improvement, and the development of student‑centered learning environments.
