Learning & Development Specialist

At Morgan McKinley, part of the Org Group, we believe that our people are our key to success. As the APAC Operational Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in the design, delivery and evaluation of operational training across the region and work closely with the group Learning and Development team to develop best in class learning & development programmes. You will work collaboratively with leaders across the region to ensure learnings are embedded and collaborate with other support functions across the organisation to analyse learning outcomes, always looking for opportunities to improve performance. You will contribute to key projects to support the businesses in achieving its strategic objectives.

This role will be based in one of our APAC offices: Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney.
