Job Description
Location: The role can be based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Pōneke (Wellington) . Candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand, a driver’s licence, and own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations.
- Design and develop implementation of learning solutions, prepare recommendations and reports, and lead client presentations.
- Manage the delivery of complex projects, applying sound judgement to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of people‑related initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projects.
- Support the growth and development of Consultants and Senior Consultants through coaching, guidance and learning opportunities.
