Role Summary
The Learning Partner acts as a trusted advisor to Business Units and Corporate Functions (BUCF) while driving FairPrice Group’s ambition to become a continuous learning organization. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and learning execution by conducting deep root-cause performance diagnoses, identifying critical capability gaps, and delivering impactful, future-ready learning initiatives across frontline employees, managers, and enterprise leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alignment & Needs Analysis
- Consultative Diagnosis: Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to run structured needs analyses, identifying capability gaps and diagnosing root-cause performance challenges.
