Are you a recent graduate passionate about criminal justice, mental health, or social care? This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our local school, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), including ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll:
Support students

Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education

Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour

Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment
