We’re Hiring: Legal Intern (Corporate/Commercial Law)
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs
- Supporting regulatory and compliance research
- Assisting with vendor and partner agreements
- Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS
- Conducting ad hoc legal research and preparing notes
Requirements
- Recently completed an LLB/LLM program
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Genuine interest in corporate/commercial law
