Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking
Legal leader
to build and lead the Legal function at Licious during a pivotal phase of scale and transformation. This is a high-impact, enterprise-shaping role that goes far beyond traditional Legal advisory. You will act as a strategic partner to the Leadership team, helping architect a strong Legal, Governance, and Risk framework while enabling business growth in a dynamic, consumer-tech environment.
You will play a critical role in strengthening our path to public-company readiness - establishing the structures, discipline, and rigor required for operating at the highest standards of governance and compliance.
