Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a personal book of business tailored to client needs
• Deliver first-class client interactions and service quality
• Follow-up on active claims for client updates
• Manage billing processes and keep policies active
• Identify sales opportunities for additional coverage options
Requirements:
• Must possess an active OTL or RIBO license
• At least two years of experience in insurance
• Strong organizational skills required
