Job Description
The Liaison Officer is responsible for representing the company in transactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, utility providers, and external institutions. The role ensures timely processing, renewal, and compliance of permits, licenses, and official documents necessary for uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, LGUs, and regulatory bodies
- Process, secure, and renew business permits, licenses, registrations, and certifications. Ensure smooth operation of support systems
- Coordinate with agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BFP, DENR, and local government units .
- Prepare, submit, and track official documents, applications, endorsements, and reports.
