Licensed Customs Broker

Our well-respected global client is hiring a hands-on LCB to manage brokerage activities for international cargo. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Review documentation for import and export shipments.
Guide customers on taxes, duties, bonds, insurance, tariffs, restrictions, fees, etc.
Ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations of all countries and agencies involved.
Communicate with US Customs, USDA, FDA, and other government agencies for swift release of cargo.
Oversee exam and hold protocols.
Manage department finances and achievement of KPIs. 
Conduct audits, address errors, recommend improvements, and amend SOPs as needed.
Stay current with industry updates, regulations, publications, and events. 

Main Requirements:
Valid US Customs Broker License and current knowledge of clearance procedures and compliance.
