Job Description

Work set up: Onsite in IT Park Cebu City or Taguig
Work shift: Night shift
Salary: Process Executive (PE), up to 28K
Target HC: 2 Taguig, 4 Cebu
Start date: ASAP
PE: 0 months to 18 months BPO experience
- Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories.
- Educate patients about medications, side effects, and dosing.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development.
- Pharmacy graduates with or without license are eligible to apply.
- Minimum 1 year BPO Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
