Responsibilities

• Support residents’ well‑being, rehabilitation, daily functioning, and guidance
• Provide basic care, medication management, and self‑care assistance
• Organize and facilitate group activities and support community engagement
• Collaborate with relatives and networks to provide holistic care
• Work shift‑based as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
