Support clients in their recovery journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse with our integrated Health & Recovery Services team. Engage in direct care, medication assistance, and health teaching in Withdrawal Management and Recovery Transition programs.
This role reports to the Supervisor, Recovery Oriented System of Care, focusing on clients dealing with acute withdrawal symptoms. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong nursing skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work autonomously while promoting health and well-being for clients facing substance use disorders.
