Job Description
Provide essential nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care facility. Ensure resident safety and quality service while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.
In this role, you will offer personal nursing services tailored to residents’ needs, guided by the Director of Resident Care. Collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement effective care plans and address changes in residents' conditions with appropriate interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal nursing care per administrative policies and physician orders
• Develop and maintain resident care plans with the team
• Assess and interpret residents’ physical and emotional condition
