Position Overview

Schedule: Full- Time (7am-3pm)Location: Queens and Brookyln  The LPN will coordinate all medical/psychiatric care and medications for residents ensuring proper documentation, follow-up and regulatory compliance. Assist with hands-on training of residential staff to ensure this compliance is ongoing and current. Secondary responsibilities include resident care and oversight in AOL's. 

• Identify and organize appointments for week in conjunction with RN and Manager
• Transports and accompanies residents on as scheduled medical appointments and completes all necessary follow-up upon return from appointment
• Performs delegated nursing tasks as directed by the RN and under the supervision of the RN
