Benchling Platform Consultant
Summary:
Consultant supporting life sciences clients with Benchling adoption, configuration, and optimization across scientific workflows and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D, lab, IT, and data teams to gather requirements and drive solutions
- Lead Benchling onboarding, configuration, and platform optimization
- Support integrations with systems such as LIMS, ELN, and data platforms
- Advise on feature releases, enhancements, and platform lifecycle
- Deliver training and drive user adoption across client teams
- Support change management and ongoing platform evolution
