ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Hand On experience of requirement gathering and specification design process.
• Domain Expertise : Deep HCM (Human Capital Management) experience is necessary, also demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge from integrations in other domains and quickly pick up HCM data is a must
• Be An Owner: highly passionate team leader with an entrepreneurial approach who takes ownership for creating a high performing team that consistently executes quality on-time delivery
•Responsible for executing and supporting various short-medium term projects at the same time
•Responsible for driving associate engagement
•Strong PL SQL / RDBMS knowledge is highly desirable
•Ability to advise on project planning and governance best practices.
