Fausto, a neighborhood restaurant and wine destination on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn is seeking a full time Line Cook. Its market-driven menu showcases elevated but approachable food with a focus on locality and seasonality. The ideal candidate must be passionate, goal-oriented and value-driven. They will work with the kitchen team to ensure that this elevated approach to food and hospitality is brought to life.  This position is responsible for preparing vegetables, fish and meat out of the wood burning oven, as well as filling in on other stations when needed.
