Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to company standards and recipes
- Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices at all times
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role
