Linux System Engineer (m/w)

For a major client based in Zurich we are looking immediately for an Linux System Engineer.

Tätigkeiten:

In this challenging role you will be responsible for the following task's:

Disaster Recovery

Work with Application Teams and Disaster Recovery Project/Coordinator to plan / execute disaster recovery tests.

Actively resolve/document issues discovered during DR testing.

Improve automation of the DR process, to minimize manual effort and speed-up recovery time.

Anforderungen:

Solid education preferably in IT or similar

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Knowledge of Disaster Recovery principles/practices and been involved in DR exercises (such as Business Continuity Testing).

Knowledge of tools such as: ansible/git to improve automation of the DR process, to minimize manual effort and speed-up recovery time.
