Litigation Associate

Toronto (Fully Remote)

Our client: Is a growing boutique litigation firm offering sophisticated litigation work within a flexible, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution with a high degree of autonomy.
• Handle court appearances, discoveries, motions, and other litigation-related advocacy work.
• Working on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, debt collection litigation, and negligence defence matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other litigation materials.

Qualifications

• Called to the Ontario Bar, with approximately 3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation background, ideally in civil or commercial litigation.
• Comfortable appearing before the courts and managing advocacy-related responsibilities.
