  Contract Legal Senior    
At EY , we are looking for a Contract Legal Management Senior (CLM)  to join our Legal Managed Services (LMS) team.

  Key Responsibilities   
Mobilization   
Support Managers in the initial development of client playbooks  and negotiation guides. 
Analyze existing contracts and playbooks. 
Identify substantive and material changes in contract terms to develop negotiation guidelines. 
Support EY-led workshops for the creation of contract operations artifacts. 
Contract Management & Negotiation   
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ranging from low to high complexity. 
Perform contract redlining and propose improvements.
