Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuretimelyprocessing and release ofloansin compliance with established turnaround times.
- Secure the completeness and authenticity of the requirements needed prior torelease.
- Discuss and confirms the approved loan amount, terms, interest rates, loancharges,and other loan details with the clients.
- Encodes and tags the releases into the system.
- Prepares loan documents andensuresthat the information is accurately reflected.
- Guidesthe clients with documents forsigningthatincludeloan contracts and disclosures.
- Regularly updates the database to ensureaccuratemonitoring of loan status and progress.
- In charge of releasing the loan proceeds to clients for check disbursement.
- Monitors the flow of the petty cash fund.
- Other tasks that the management teamdeemsnecessary.
