Job Description
Loan Officer – Grameen Foundation
This is a full-time and regular position. The Account Officer is the main person responsible for organizing, recruiting, training and managing the members or clients of GPMI; and implementing the microfinance products and services in accordance with the procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI.
General Description Of Tasks (Officer)
- Implements the products and services according to the standard operating procedures of GPMI
- Comes up with simple, low-risk decisions to achieve the set targets
- Prepares simple and standardized reports
Specific Tasks
- Implements the microfinance products and services in accordance with the procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI
- Conducts area survey or market study of the area assigned to him/her by his/her MF Branch Supervisor
- Promotes Microfinance Products and Services or Conduct Marketing
