Loan Processor/Treasury Assistant (Iriga)

Salary Range: ₱10,000.00 - ₱11,000.00 per month

JOB OBJECTIVE

Performs administrative functions such as facilitating the release of loan check and ensuring compliance of the borrower to loan documents / requirements.

Performs various treasury functions in the branch.

Loan Processor

• Informs clients regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds, and documentation requirements prior to loan release
• Ensures borrowers, co-borrowers, and co-makers comply with all required documents before loan proceeds are released
• Checks the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all submitted documents
• Facilitates the signing of legal documents such as Promissory Note (PN), Disclosure Statement (DS), Chattel Mortgage (CHM), Dacion en Pago, Voluntary Surrender (for collateral), and Deed of Assignment, as applicable
