About the role
You will coordinate the Bodleian Libraries' loans activity with a primary focus on the Shikshapatri project, supporting the outward and inward loans programme within the Public Engagement team. Working closely with colleagues across the Libraries, the University and external partners, you will manage loans documentation, coordinate transport, insurance and indemnity arrangements, liaise with borrowing venues, and help ensure the successful delivery of a high-profile international loans programme. You will also provide flexible support across wider exhibitions and loans activity, contributing to policy development, record keeping, risk assessments and sector best practice while maintaining excellent standards of documentation and stakeholder communication.
