Job Description
Objectives of the Position
- Contact potential customers
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain clients records.
- Make bookings with shipping lines and/or airlines for exports.
- Issue HBLs for export.
- Create and update electronic files.
- Fill out and update the operations report in Drive.
- Update shipments in the System (dates and documents).
- Monitor each shipment.
- Review documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, customs declarations).
- Prepare letters of instruction for shipping lines.
- Release shipments.
- Collect and review expense accounts and all invoices.
- Request payments to suppliers.
- Enter costs/sales into the system for invoicing.
- Process warranty returns with shipping lines and clients.
- Send arrival notifications.
