Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a candidate to join our Supply Chain team as a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive requests for pricing, log information and retrieve pricing from logistics partners in a timely manner.
• Work closely with project planning to establish proper transportation schedules for delivery of materials documentation for tenders projects.
• Serve as primary interface with sales channels on all aspects of logistics, budgetary pricing and concepts.
• Drive logistics actions during project execution to maximize efficiency while ensuring on‑time completion.
• Prepare or generate import‑export clearance documentation, including HS codes.
• Work with project managers and sales executives to contract and coordinate delivery of awarded orders.
• Work with shippers and freight forwarders to coordinate vessel bookings, documentation controls, customs processes, and ISF clearances.
